Abstract

The second interview with Dr. Luibel tells of his experiences as a member and later chairman of the Tarrant County Hospital District Board of Managers which oversees John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth. He reflects on the progress that TCOM has made since becoming a state supported school in September, 1975. Interviewed by C. Ray Stokes, May 31, 1990.
