This case study seeks to identify how Scott & White is able to contain costs while maintaining patient health and satisfaction and why they were able to create their unique system. Conclusions were drawn from personal interviews with Scott & White administrators, physicians, and staff, whose responses were analyzed for recurring themes addressing the research questions.
