This study utilizes a nationally representative sample in order to determine predictors of lung function between men and women. Simple means analysis, logistic and linear regressions were utilized in order to determine predictors of lung function between genders. Continuous analyses of lung function reveal that sex and BMI are the most important predictors of VO2 max.
