A past president of the American Osteopathic Association and the Texas Osteopathic Medical Association, John was a member of TCOM’s initial board of directors and served on its executive committee as chairman of house and grounds. Mary also has been active in the profession, having served as president of the American College of General Practitioners in Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery. Interviewed by C. The collection includes the journals Texas Osteopathic Round-Up from 1938-1944, Texas Osteopathic Physicians from 1944 to 1955, and Texas Osteopathic Physicians Journal from 1955-1976. The collection also contains meeting minutes, accounting records, correspondence, membership directories, and assorted memorabilia from 1938 to 2003. The collection also includes meeting minutes from the Auxiliary to the Texas Association of Osteopathic Physicians from 1940 to 1966 and meeting minutes from the Auxiliary to the Texas Osteopathic Association from 1990 to 2000. Other auxiliary documents and scrapbooks are also included. There are a few papers dated before 1930.
