dc.description.abstract	A successful businessman and benefactor of the annual Stockseth Award for Osteopathic Excellence, Mr. Stockseth first became involved in the osteopathic profession in his home town, Corpus Christi, Texas. He served on the first TCOM Board of Directors and later on the UNT/TCOM Board of Regents, receiving the TCOM Founders Medal in 1979. He has actively supported the profession, serving as vice-president of the National Osteopathic Foundation. Interviewed by C. Ray Stokes, June 11, 1990
