Finding aid for the Student Associate Auxiliary Records
The TCOM Student Wives Association was established as a support group for the spouses and significant others of the students at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. In 1976, the name of the organization changed from the TCOM Student Wives Association to the TCOM Student Spouses Association. The monthly newsletter changed from "Wives T-Comments" to "T-Comments" in December 1976. In 1979, the organization became the TCOM Student Associate Auxiliary and when the school name was changed, the organization became the University of North Texas Health Science Center Student Associate Auxiliary.
