Abstract
Mr. Street, a member of the UNT/TCOM Board of Regents since 1975 and a recipient of the TCOM Founders Medal in 1981, shares his interest in preventative nutrition. A former mayor and president of the Chamber of Commerce of Graham, Texas, Mr. Street promoted his interest by establishing the annual Roger J.
