This book was created by the Gibson D. Lewis Library in partnership with the Office of Sustainability at the UNT Health Science Center at Fort Worth. This book contains a variety of information including nutritional literacy, environmental sustainability, how to grow your own food, and ways for cutting back on food waste. Besides this educational material, there are instructions on how to grow your own sprouts and recipes intended to be created with the sprouts that you grow.
